Bagshaws’ latest property auction, held at the Agricultural Centre in Bakewell on Monday 22nd September 2025, generated over £1.85 million in sales, reflecting the continued appetite for rural property and land.
Headline sales included Broom Vale Farm, Dungworth, which achieved an impressive £940,000, alongside barn conversions and land lots that drew competitive bidding.
