Bakewell Market Store Lamb Sale on Friday 6th November
A flying Store Lamb trade to a top of £95.50 and an average of £77.47, up over £17 on the same sale last year.
Lambs were regularly upwards of the £80 mark and with possibly the smaller end looking the dearest sold on the day.
Purchasers were gathered from far and wide with a total clearance easily achieved by 1pm.
The next sale is on Friday 20th November for which a good entry is required.
