“Quality Kuhn Kit Sees Strong Prices at Tamworth Dispersal”-Mark Elliott

The dispersal sale on behalf of Mrs Karen Lockhart at Brook Farm, Drayton Bassett saw a massive number of lots and an extremely hot day during the July heatwave.

With close on 750 lots the team worked quickly to get out to the sale field from the yard and the wide array of kit and spares together with Kuhn equipment and tractor attracted spirited bidding.

There was a wide range of fertiliser including 2.4 Tons of 34.4% Pulon at £750 and 1.5 Tons of 21% Nitrogen Diamond at £360.

The Wright Rain Mobile Pump Unit attracted wide interest including purchasers from Cornwall and this unit eventually achieved £5,650 but was in fact purchased by a local farmer.

The next big sale is the classic and vintage sale at Ashbourne on the 26th July, with inventories already undertaken for August, September and October.
