Machinery Dispersal Report-Musden Grange, Ilam Thursday 11th September

“Great support for retirement sale at Ilam”.
The retirement sale on behalf of Mr Robert Rowlinson of Musden Grange saw the family leaving the tenanted unit after nearly 100 year occupation. Mr Rowlinson had been born at Musden Grange and followed his father into the Okeover Estate tenancy and there was great support for the sale both locally and nationally.
With buyers in attendance from an area from County Durham south towards Wiltshire and Somerset there was spirited bidding from start to finish.
