After 40 years as a Partner at Bagshaws and an impressive 47 years in the rostrum at Bakewell Market, Alastair Sneddon has stepped back from the Partnership and now continues to support the business in his new role as a Consultant.

Alastair remains a key figure at the Agricultural Business Centre in Bakewell, where he continues to oversee Livestock Sales and share his extensive knowledge and experience. With over four decades as a livestock auctioneer in the Peak District, his reputation and influence within the agricultural and livestock community are second to none.

While no longer a Partner, Alastair is still very much part of the team – working three days a week and continuing to be a familiar face at Bakewell Market.
