Having grown up on a mixed farm in north west Leicestershire, Christine obtained a degree in Rural Land Management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester.

She started her career in Dorset where she qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997.

She joined Bagshaws in 2000 and has always worked in the property agency and professional side of the business.  Having been in Uttoxeter for many years, Christine is now heading our newly incorporated Penkridge Office.

Her role involves a variety of work including property valuations for secured lending, tax or divorce purposes, property agency, property management, planning and development schemes and general professional work including Landlord and Tenant issues in particular in relation to agricultural tenancies.

Christine has also been involved in recent years in compensation claims regarding EHS applications and represents a number of her clients impacted by the HS2 proposals.
