Estate Agent Vacancy at our Penkridge office

Due to the recent acquisition of Heather Stern Estate Agent, we are looking to recruit a full-time Estate Agent. We are looking for a candidate who can drive forward the Estate Agency business in Penkridge and the surrounding area, whilst maintaining the success created by the combination of the two businesses.

We are looking for somebody with experience in conducting market appraisals of residential property, it would be an added bonus if you have experience in the valuation of rural property. Our ideal candidate will understand the process of selling property; from initial appraisal through to completion of the sale. They will recognise the importance of effective marketing and advertising of property and also have the skills to maintain excellent relationships with both clients and other professionals.

You will be an articulate communicator with good attention to detail. You should have a full UK driving licence. NAEA membership would also be of benefit.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in both the field of Estate Agency and in the local area of Penkridge. However, candidates new to Estate Agency will also be considered.

Part-Time Sales Negotiator at our Ashbourne Office

We are looking to recruit a Part-Time Estate Agency negotiator/administration assistant.

This is a challenging and exciting role where a committed and flexible work ethic is essential. Our ideal candidate will understand, or have a desire to learn the process of selling property; from initial appraisal through to completion of the sale. They will be a well organised individual and recognise the importance of effective marketing and advertising of property and also have the skills to maintain excellent relationships with both buyers and sellers alike, along with other linked professionals.

You will be an articulate communicator with good attention to detail. We are looking for a candidate who has Maths and English GCSE or equivalent, accompanied by good IT skills. The ability to audio type would also be beneficial. You should have a full driving licence with access to your own transport as you will be required to carry out viewings of properties.

Knowledge of the local area of Ashbourne would be appreciated.

Experience in Estate Agency may be advantageous, however, a candidate with the willingness to learn will be equally considered.

We are ideally looking for the candidate to work the following hours; 9am – 5.30pm, Thursday/Friday and 9am – 1pm on a Saturday.
