Estate Agency Administrator/Sales Negotiator – Penkridge

We are looking to recruit an Estate Agency Administrator/Sales Negotiator. We are ideally looking for our successful candidate to work five days per week 9am – 5.30pm but flexibility within these hours will be considered.

This is a challenging and exciting role where a committed and flexible work ethic is essential. Our ideal candidate will have a desire to learn the process of selling property; from initial appraisal through to completion of the sale. They will be a well organised individual and will train to be involved in effective marketing and advertising of property. We are looking for a friendly and outgoing member of staff who can build up excellent working relationships with both buyers and sellers alike along with other linked professionals.

You will be an articulate communicator with good attention to detail. We are looking for a candidate who has Maths and English GCSE or equivalent, accompanied by good IT skills. You will be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload effectively whilst producing work to a high standard. Knowledge of the local area of Penkridge and the surrounding area would be appreciated.
