Bagshaws held its latest Land & Property Auction at the Agricultural Business Centre in Bakewell on Monday 21st September, offering a varied selection of land and property across Derbyshire, Staffordshire and beyond.

The auction saw nine lots successfully sold, with a number of notable results across the catalogue.

Auction Highlights

The Old Gramma School, Leek, achieved the highest sale price of the day at £190,000.

Other notable results included Lot B, Hardings Lane, Heathcote, which sold for £108,000, and Lot A, Land off Bradshaw Lane, Foolow, which achieved £105,000.

Land off Black Lane, Loxley, sold for £88,000, while Lot C, Hardings Lane, Heathcote, achieved £79,000.
