Emily Mosley

Farm Office Services

Emily works from the Bakewell office as a full-time member of the Farm Office Services team, supporting a wide range of farm businesses with tailored advice and practical assistance. Having grown up on a beef farm and gained further hands-on experience on a local dairy unit, she also spent 18 months as a Farm Administrator on a large mixed farm in the Scottish Highlands, working across beef, sheep, and arable enterprises.

Emily studied Agriculture and Farm Business Management at Harper Adams University, where she was recognised for her achievements as a finalist in the Pinnacle Awards for Excellence in Business Management (2021) and winner of the AgriScot Business Skills Award (2021). She became a FACTS-qualified adviser in 2024, specialising in nutrient and soil management.

Her work at Bagshaws includes support with Agri-Environment and grant schemes (including large-scale infrastructure grants), farm business planning, and navigating rural legislation. Emily also delivers expert advice in nutrient management planning, NVZ record-keeping, and resolving Environment Agency compliance issues. In addition, she assists clients in meeting farm assurance standards and preparing for inspections.
