In her spare time, Georgia enjoys socialising with friends, and spending time in the outdoors, hunting and eventing.
Emily Mosley
Emily works from the Bakewell office as a full-time member of the Farm Office Services team, supporting a wide range of farm businesses with tailored advice and practical assistance. Having grown up on a beef farm and gained further hands-on experience on a local dairy unit, she also spent 18 months as a Farm Administrator on a large mixed farm in the Scottish Highlands, working across beef, sheep, and arable enterprises.
Emily studied Agriculture and Farm Business Management at Harper Adams University, where she was recognised for her achievements as a finalist in the Pinnacle Awards for Excellence in Business Management (2021) and winner of the AgriScot Business Skills Award (2021). She became a FACTS-qualified adviser in 2024, specialising in nutrient and soil management.
Her work at Bagshaws includes support with Agri-Environment and grant schemes (including large-scale infrastructure grants), farm business planning, and navigating rural legislation. Emily also delivers expert advice in nutrient management planning, NVZ record-keeping, and resolving Environment Agency compliance issues. In addition, she assists clients in meeting farm assurance standards and preparing for inspections.
Natasha Hall
Tash graduated from Harper Adams University in 2022 with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. She now works closely with Mark Elliott, assisting with on-site sales, auctioneering, and the organisation of sales events. On Mondays, Tash can be found at Bakewell Market, helping with the running of the market and auctioneering livestock.
Oliver Walker
I Joined Bagshaws in September 2022 and started my 5 year apprenticeship, studying part time at Harper Adams University.
Outside of work I enjoy helping on my family’s smallholding and looking after my flock of pedigree sheep.
Alex Farrington
I joined Bagshaws in September 2022 and started my 5 year apprenticeship degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management.
Tracy Carr
Tracy is the lettings inspector based in Leek.
Outside of work she likes socializing with family and friends and walking her dog. She enjoys cooking and baking.
Zoe Jones
Zoe is currently in the fifth and final year of her degree apprenticeship at Harper Adams, while working full-time at Bagshaws across the Bakewell and Leek offices. She supports the professional team with a range of services including property valuations for all purposes, property sales, landlord and tenant advice, and compensation claims.
Outside of work, Zoe enjoys socialising with friends and family, riding her horses, and playing netball.
Amanda Shatwell
Amanda joined Bagshaws in 2021 as a Sales Negotiator and Administrator at the Ashbourne office and now works from our Bury & Hilton Office in Leek.
She is now a qualified member of the team as she has passed the Level 3 qualification for Estate and Lettings Agents (CELA).
Outside of work, she enjoys horse riding, spending time with family and friends.
George Chandler
George joined Bagshaws in November 2020 and has become a key part of the team as sales negotiator, playing an active role in the day-to-day operations. His responsibilities include arranging property viewings, handling offers, and liaising closely with solicitors to ensure smooth transactions for clients.
Outside of work, George enjoys spending his time outdoors and is a keen follower of cricket and rugby. He’s also a devoted dog owner and has recently expanded his interests into livestock, having acquired a number of sheep with plans to introduce cattle in the near future.
Alice Helliwell
Alice grew up on a beef and sheep farm in the Hope Valley and began working at the market on sale days in 2013. She assists with livestock entries and sales, handles livestock-related queries, and processes payments to vendors.
Alongside her market responsibilities, Alice works twice a week in the Farm Office Services department, where she runs the facilitation fund for farmers on local estates and supports farmers with grant applications.
Anna Wildgoose
Anna plays a key role in the running and administration of Bakewell Livestock Market. She also assists with farm sales administration and supports Meg Elliott in the sale of pedigree dairy cows at Leek Market.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys helping on her family farm, with a particular passion for the lambing season.
