Trade not quite as bouncy than in previous weeks perhaps some reflection on the quality but a solid trade nevertheless.

A really good entry forward for the January pedigree sale that was just short of 100 saw a really buoyant trade throughout for all qualities.

A smashing entry forward in the Dairy Section at Leek on Tuesday saw a really buoyant trade for all qualities from start to finish.

A really good entry of milkers forward for the first sale of the year.

Trade was unsurprisingly not quite at the heady heights of recent weeks however was still solid throughout.

Topping the day at £2040 was a pretty 30kg heifer from the Hodgkinson family of Earl Sterndale.
