“Evening Sale sees Great Crowd and Excellent Prices for Small Tractors and Mowers ”

Wednesday 2nd August 2023 – Overdale, Alstonefield, Derbyshire
The evening dispersal sale on behalf of the Leason family of Overdale at Alstonefield saw just short of 340 lots for genuine dispersal as Bagshaws had already sold the property.
Top call on the night was £7,000 for the very late 1960’s Massey Ferguson 135 Tractor sold with a Duncan Cab and nearly new rear tyres. This was purchased by a farmer/smallholder from Stoke on Trent.
Other major items included a Kubota GR16 Mid Mount Ride On Diesel Lawn Mower at £3,850 and a Kubota B1610 4WD Compact Tractor showing only 575 hours at £5,100.
There was a large array of Nurserymans Kit together with Sundries and Effects along with many quality workshop

“Classic Tractors including Nuffield 10/60 Bray see Massive Crowd at North Nottinghamshire Dispersal ”

Saturday 29th July 2023 – Moorlands Farm, Letwell, Worksop, Notts
The genuine dispersal sale on behalf of the family of the late Andrew Moore from Letwell Village in North Nottinghamshire attracted a massive crowd for the Bagshaws Auction with support from Scotland, Southern Ireland, the South of England together with all the Eastern Counties and local area.
There were modern and older classic tractors for genuine sale with a few gems for the purest and a wide range of spares and antiquities to add to the mix.

As detailed, the best lots in the sale were the Classic and Vintage Tractors which sold to a very large crowd:

• County Super 4 (Non-Runner – Seized Front Wheel) £17,400
  The absolute star was the G Registration 1960’s Nuffield Bray 4-10/60 4WD which drove out on sale day and achieved £26,200 to a Staffordshire Collector.

Within the More Modern Classics the excellent original patina on the Ford Tractors attracted bidders from a wide area:

“Very Large Crowd at Sheldon Dispersal”
Friday 21st July 2023 – Johnson Lane Farm, Sheldon, Bakewell
The sale on behalf of the Fletcher family together with other local vendors attracted a very large crow to Sheldon near Bakewell with support from a wide area including Lincolnshire and North of Birmingham.
There was a good range of cattle equipment in the early lots with prices as follows:

• Mini Hang On Troughs £16 each
• Short Bolt In Barriers £85 per pair
• Slot In Posts To £50 per lot
• Ring Feeder £165
• IAE Galvanised Bulk Leg Hopper Feeders To £820 each

  The Manitou Telehandler from the farm was a 1995 model and sold with pallet tines at £9,600 with the Fleming 12 Tine Shear Grab (Little Used) sold straight afterwards at £1,150.

“Very Large Crowd And Wide Support For Willow Brook Dispersal”

The dispersal on behalf of the family of the late Richard Brown saw the classic Massey Ferguson Tractors and superb JCB Telehandler attract interest from Scotland, Wales, Ireland and the surrounding Midland Counties.
The star of the show was undoubtedly the JCB 526 Turbo Loadall which was registered in 1995 on an N Plate and achieved a superb £18,100 to a Herefordshire farmer.

  The very well kept Kubota G26 Twin Cut Diesel Mower saw wide local interest and having undertaken only 520 hours work, achieved £5,620 to a local Derbyshire purchaser.
  The included items within the sale saw the Land Rover 90 (53 Plate – 78,000 miles) at £7,300; The Case MX100C 4WD Tractor (T plate – 4,700 hours) £9,350 and a Ford 3000 c/w Safety Cab (L Reg) at £2,900.
  A superbly attended sale with interesting lots for all parties and a very good result.
